We have no control over the shipping carrier and the timeline that they establish for delivery. We will process and ship your order within 3 business days. The delivery time once your package has arrived at the shipping carrier is out of our control and is solely in the control of the shipping carrier.
I understand that my order may not arrive prior to my event due to: 1) The date of my order. 2) The shipping carrier's timeline.
No refunds will be issued on orders that have already been processed. If the event is cancelled or a participant is no longer able to compete for any reason, if the order has already been processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Pick up in Carlinville, IL at The Cubby Hole 12472 Route 108 means that you pick your order up at our facility in Carlinville, not at the Sectional event.
No pre-orders will be accepted after the deadline under any circumstance. You will be able to order after the event at the IESA Post-Event store while supplies last: https://iesagear.itemorder.com.
